What is it?

A 21-day Instagram-based challenge where you respond to one simple prompt each day using a photo.

These prompts help you reconnect with everyday healing tools — water, sunlight, fruit, plants, movement, corners of your home, stillness, and gentle decluttering.

The challenge is designed to be easy, grounding, and doable even on your busiest days.

No buying. No planning. No pressure.

Just simple healing, shared daily.

Why this challenge?

Most people think healing requires big changes. 

It doesn’t.

It begins with what you already have: The water you drink, the fruit you already buy, the sunlight entering your home, the space you move in, corners that calm you, the sky above you, the pauses you already take.

This challenge helps you recognize these simple resources again — and use them intentionally for healing.

How the challenge works

1. Follow me on Instagram

2. Watch my Stories every day

The prompt of the day will be posted in Stories and will stay live for 24 hours.

3. Complete the prompt within 24 hours

Take a picture that represents the prompt.

4. Post it

You can post it on your feed or stories. Both are accepted.

5. Tag me

Tag @dr.rashmi.menon so I can see your entry.

6. Mark your completion 

Come back to the pinned post on Instagram and comment*:
“Day 1 complete”
“Day 2 complete”
and so on for all the 21 days.

*You will be able to comment only if you follow the instagram account.

7. Complete all 21 days

Everyone who participates consistently for all 21 days will receive a special surprise gift from me.


You will also be entered into an exclusive lucky draw for an additional bonus reward.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to keep my account public?
Yes, at least for the duration of the challenge so your tags are visible.

If you have a private account, Instagram does not allow me to view your tagged post or story unless I follow you.

If you still want to keep your account private, here is an option to participate:
Post your photo/story, tag me, and then send me a quick screenshot on DM each day so I can verify your entry. and make sure to comment on my pinned post.

You can choose whichever feels comfortable.

2. Can I join late?
Yes. Just begin from the day you join and keep going.

3. Do I need to eat raw or WFPB?
No. Anyone can participate. The prompts are universal.

4. What if I miss a day?
You can still continue, but only participants with all 21 days completed qualify for the gift.

5. Do I have to post on my feed?
Stories or feed — either is fine.
Just make sure to tag me and comment your completion.

6. Are the prompts difficult?
No. Each one takes 30 seconds to respond to.
They are intentionally simple, accessible, and doable.

7. Is there any fee?
No. This challenge is free.
