What is Grace & Glow?

In June 2025, a quiet group gathered online every Wednesday to explore face yoga, breathwork, and emotional release.

A new season evolved in August — with soft tools for glow, grounding, and nervous system reset, gathering online twice a week.  

New seasons bring in more evolution.  Watch this space for the next season!

Each 30-minute session blends:
• Gentle face yoga and spoon massage
Breathwork to settle the nervous system
• Emotional reset tools like EFT and Jin Shin Jyutsu
• Soft affirmations and awareness of facial holding patterns

You’ll feel lighter, more open, and better equipped to meet the week with grace.

What is Grace and Glow For?

Grace & Glow session is for YOU if you:

• Feel emotionally or mentally stretched, and want to soften
• Want to look fresher and feel more at home in your body — naturally
• Crave a space without performance, comparison, or pressure
• Want to reconnect with your face, breath, and self-expression
• Have worked with me before and would like gentle ongoing support
• Are curious about face yoga or energetic tools, but want to begin gently

What happens in Each Session?

Each Grace & Glow session is 30 minutes

— a soft blend of movement, breath, and emotional reset.

Soft Arrival (3–5 mins)

We begin by arriving — with breath, awareness, and a gentle check-in.
This moment is yours to land, settle, and notice what’s present.

Face Yoga Practice (12–15 mins)

Guided facial movements to:

  • Release tension from the jaw, brow, and eyes

  • Support lymphatic flow and circulation

  • Gently tone and lift the face

  • Reconnect with expression, softness, and presence

No pressure, no performance — just steady, loving attention to your face and nervous system.

Emotional Reset (7–8 mins)

This part shifts each week, and may include:

  • EFT tapping for stress, anxiety, or emotional release

  • Soothing holds or vagus nerve resets

  • Breath and hand work for grounding and hormonal balance

  • Affirmations and guided visuals to meet your inner state with kindness

Gentle Close (2–3 mins)

We end with a pause — to integrate, reflect, and carry your glow forward.
A soft check-out prompt or invitation to continue the practice in daily life.

Grace & Glow is the gentler evolution of that early work.
It weaves together facial exercises, breath, meditative resets, and emotional healing tools — to support your nervous system, expression, and natural glow.

This isn’t a performance space.
It’s a place to exhale — to feel held, seen, and slowly reconnected to yourself.

Whether you’re carrying emotional weight, feeling disconnected from your face, or simply longing for softness… you’re welcome here.

You don’t need to perform or perfect anything.
