How the 21 Days Are Structured

The program moves step by step:

Days 1–5: Awareness
Learning to notice thoughts, emotions, and body signals without judgment.

Days 6–9: Handling Stress
Tools to manage emotional spikes and urges.

Days 10–15: Managing Emotions
Understanding triggers and practicing response instead of reaction.

Days 16–19: Boundaries and Communication
Learning to say no, express needs, and reduce resentment.

Days 20–21: Real Conversation Practice
Structured practice for difficult conversations.

Each day builds on the previous one.

4. What if I miss a session?

Live attendance is essential. Sessions are experiential. Consistent participation supports better results.

5. Why is the fees so low for 21 days?
This program is intentionally priced to remain accessible. The goal is consistent practice, not exclusivity. Emotional regulation should be trainable without financial strain.

6. Do I have to share personal stories?

No. Sharing is optional. The focus is on practicing skills, not discussing history.

7. What kind of results can I expect?

8. How many people will be in the group?

This is a small group format to ensure meaningful practice. Breakout rooms are in pairs, and partners rotate each time.

10. Why 6 AM?

Early morning practice builds consistency. The nervous system is more receptive before the day’s stimulation begins. Training regulation first thing creates a stable baseline for the rest of the day.
